Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.
- Open the Tommy's Express app
- Select the vehicle you wish to deactivate
- Tap the three dots located under the ‘edit’ button
- Tap ‘Cancel Plan’
- Select the reason for cancelation
- Tap ‘Continue’
- Tap ‘Confirm Cancel’
You must cancel your membership before your renewal date to ensure a stop on your automatic withdrawal. Please check your email for a confirmation message to confirm you have successfully deactivated. Each wash subscription must be individually canceled on all vehicles listed in your account.
If you are in the middle of a wash period, you will still be able to continue washing for the remainder of your billing period.
